Roxanne Phillips

Roxanne Phillips is a multi-media artist living and in the Saint Louis area. Originally from Texas, Roxanne received her BFA in painting and drawing from the University of North Texas in 1998. She later moved to Saint Louis, where she received her MFA in printmaking from Washington University.
